Senior Strength Class

Join our Senior Strength Class, designed to support healthy ageing through safe, guided exercise. This class focuses on improving strength, balance, flexibility, stability, and posture, helping you stay active, strong, and confident in everyday life.

 

Each 45-minute session is led by a Physiotherapist and targets major muscle groups while providing professional guidance tailored to individual needs and abilities.
