Brenton has been a qualified Personal trainer since 2012. A Broome local, with a background in combat sports. Brenton has studied extensively in the fundamental and functional strength training skills, which set you up for daily life challenges.
Brenton is available for one on one personal training sessions and also runs the HitFit classes during the week.

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
Remedial massage is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length, tension, tone which will in turn promote the return to normal joint/capsular/bone position.
